Senior Pastor: Gary O. Blaylock

Rev. Gary Blaylock

Since 1983, Rev. Gary Blaylock has served as the Pastor of Calvary Tabernacle in Mountlake Terrace, WA.

In July of 1983 he and his family moved to Seattle – (Shoreline) to start a Home Missions work. In 1993 a very run down building was purchased in Mountlake Terrace. After six months of remodeling we opened the first sanctuary. With an increase of new souls and in need of more space, a new sanctuary was built to seat 200 people in October of 2000.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Pastor Blaylock received the Holy Ghost and was baptized in Jesus name in April of 1974. He married Teddi Clines in Albuquerque, New Mexico on August 21, 1976.

He and his wife have two adult children; Gaylene and Daniel. Daniel Blaylock and his wife Lisa live in Redmond, WA. Gaylene and her husband Rev. Wade Plante live in Shoreline, WA with Pastor’s grandchildren; Roman, Genesis and Jonathan. Both Daniel and Gaylene have degrees from Christian Life College (Stockton, CA).

Pastor Blaylock graduated from Western Apostolic Bible College (Stockton, CA) in May of 1978. In college he worked for KCJH as a radio announcer.
